Full access to PrimeFrame including the ability to create and edit users, change user roles, and modify the core system configurations. (This access level is reserved for the Spectra Support team.)
A green status means that you’re connected. A gray status means you’re offline.
An offline status could mean a hardware or software issue. You should contact Spectra if the net is disconnected during normal operation.
Click your username in the upper righthand corner to access account settings to view your user level, change your password, and log-out of PrimeFrame.
The Dock is the main navigation tool throughout PrimeFrame. It contains the plug-ins that you’ll need to use to set up and maintain your project.
Click the ☰ icon to show or hide the dock.The tools pop-up is comprised of widgets with plugin-specific functions. These are quick-access controls to key parts of the system. These widgets are companions to the plugins loaded on your system.
Indicates how many servers you have, and the number of servers that are offline or online
Allows you to quickly adjust channel states displaying test frames or content mode
Displays the tablet UI that is used by the docents to start and stop the show.
Some widgets will include a gear icon that allow you to configure the widget.
Included in your PrimeFrame Installation are a number of plugins designed to assist in the configuration of media, output screens, health of the system, remote control & management of nodes, and a full 3D system simulation running in real-time depicting the current state of the system.
